Shipping Rates

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking details by email once your shipment has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipment has been created.

Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, postal disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Avenoir Archive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@avenoirarchive.com.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Avenoir Archive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package appears to be missing, we recommend:

  • checking around your delivery location

  • confirming the shipping address used

  • contacting the shipping carrier directly

  • checking with neighbors or building management

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or shipping logistics.

If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.

Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order, made-to-order, or print-on-demand item, processing and shipping times may be longer than standard delivery times.

Any longer lead times will be noted on the product page where applicable.
